For hotel bookings, please make sure your hotel allows outside massage therapists to enter your room.

Once your request is received, we arrange a suitable ORA therapist and confirm your appointment via WhatsApp.

Your therapist sets up the treatment area, checks your preferred pressure and the areas you would like them to focus on, and then your massage begins.
Afterwards, we pack everything away. No travelling. No waiting. No rushing home after your massage. Just stay where you are and enjoy the feeling.
What You Need to Prepare

We need about 2 x 2 metres of clear floor space for the massage table, and enough room for your therapist to move comfortably around it.
A bedroom, living room or other private air-conditioned space usually works perfectly.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend sending your request at least [2 hours] ahead. Same-day requests depend on therapist availability, and we confirm on WhatsApp.
Is there a transport fee?
Yes. Transport is charged by area: RM30 for Central KL, RM50 for Greater KL and RM80 for outer areas. The fee is added to your total and shown in full before you send your request.
If your area is not listed, message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm coverage and the fee.
Can I request a female or male therapist?
Yes. Choose female, male or no preference when you book. We match your preference where we can and confirm on WhatsApp.
Can two people book together?
Yes. Each person picks their own treatment and duration. Side by side sends two therapists and needs room for two tables, about 4 x 2 metres. One after another uses one therapist and one table.
With two therapists the transport fee applies [twice]. The full total is shown before you send your request.
What do I need to prepare?

How do I pay?
Payment is made after your session by [cash, DuitNow QR or bank transfer]. Nothing is charged when you send a booking request, and we confirm the final total on WhatsApp before your therapist travels.
Can a therapist come to my hotel room?
Yes, if your hotel allows it. Please check that your hotel permits outside massage therapists to visit your room before you book. Some hotels do not.
My condominium requires visitor registration. What should I do?
Tell us in the access notes when you book. Let your guardhouse or management office know a visitor is expected, and share any registration steps, parking details or lift access instructions so your therapist can arrive on time.
I am pregnant or recovering from an injury. Can I still book?
Please tell us in the health check when you book. We read every health note before confirming, and we may suggest a different treatment or decline if massage is not suitable.

How do I reschedule or cancel?
Reply in the same WhatsApp chat with your reference number. Rescheduling is free up to [3 hours] before your appointment.

Is this a professional service?
Yes. ORA provides professional, non-sexual wellness massage only. Requests outside professional massage are declined.
A therapist may end a session immediately if a customer behaves inappropriately.
