Booking Terms and Professional Conduct Policy

A Request Is Not a Confirmed Booking

The booking form sends us a request. We then check which ORA therapist is free for your time and area. Your appointment exists only once we have confirmed it to you on WhatsApp, together with the final total.

We recommend sending your request at least [2 hours] ahead. Same-day requests depend on therapist availability.

Prices and Transport

• Treatment prices are per person, in Malaysian Ringgit, and are listed on the Treatments page.
• Transport is charged on top of the treatment price, by area: Central KL [RM30], Greater KL [RM50], Outer areas [RM80].
• For two people side by side, two therapists travel and the transport fee applies [twice].
• Areas not on our list are quoted individually on WhatsApp.
• The booking form shows your estimated total, transport included, before you send the request. We confirm the final total on WhatsApp before your therapist travels.

Payment

Payment is made after your session by [cash, DuitNow QR or bank transfer]. Nothing is charged when you send a request. [ORA to confirm whether a deposit applies to hotel or first-time bookings.]

Rescheduling, Cancellation and No-Show

• To change or cancel, reply in the same WhatsApp chat with your reference number.
• Rescheduling is free up to [3 hours] before your appointment.
• [ORA to confirm the charge for a late cancellation.]
• [ORA to confirm the charge when a therapist arrives and the customer cannot be reached.]
• If ORA has to cancel, we will tell you as early as we can and offer another time.

Your Space, Hotels and Building Access

• We need about 2 x 2 metres of clear floor space for the massage table, or about 4 x 2 metres for two tables, in a private room.
• Hotel guests must check that the hotel allows outside massage therapists to visit the room before booking. Airbnb guests must check that the host allows visitors.
• Please arrange any visitor registration, lift access or parking in advance so your therapist can arrive on time. Your therapist arrives about 15 minutes before the start time to set up.

Health

Tell us about pregnancy, injuries, recent surgery, medical conditions or allergies in the health check. We review every health note before confirming, and we may suggest a different treatment or decline a booking if massage is not suitable. Massage is not a substitute for medical care. [ORA to confirm which conditions are accepted, declined or need a doctor's clearance.]

Who Can Book

The person booking must be at least [18] years old. [ORA to confirm the minimum age for receiving a treatment.]

Professional Conduct Policy

ORA provides professional, non-sexual wellness massage only. Requests outside professional massage are declined.

• A therapist may end a session immediately if a customer behaves inappropriately, makes a request outside professional massage, or if the therapist feels unsafe. [ORA to confirm the charge that applies in that case.]
• [ORA to confirm whether customers who breach this policy are refused future bookings.]
• We hold our therapists to the same standard. If anything about a session concerns you, tell us on WhatsApp straight away.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you send your request is the one that applies to that booking.
